My work explores the stories that live inside landscapes.

Every place carries a certain “ness,” a feeling or character that shapes the animals, the light, and the space itself. I’m interested in capturing that spirit through moments that feel both familiar and slightly unexpected.

Using bold color, simplified forms, and graphic composition influenced by my background in design, I create paintings that translate the feeling of a place into something contemporary and visually striking. Wildlife and natural spaces appear within scenes that sit somewhere between observation, imagination, and memory.

Rather than illustrating a fixed narrative, I build moments that leave room for interpretation. An animal crossing through an unusual space. A quiet landscape that feels almost dreamlike. Viewers are invited to pause and consider what they are seeing, where the subject came from, and what might happen next.

At its core, my work is about storytelling through place. Each painting is an attempt to capture the personality, mystery, and presence of a landscape in a bold and modern way.
